As female accountants build their careers, identifying opportunities and working environments which best suit their strengths, ambitions and personal lives is crucial. On 31 July, ICAEW will bring together a diverse panel of senior speakers from practice, business, the third sector and the public sector to share their experiences of moving between different organisations and working cultures. Following introductions by the speakers, there will be an open forum whereby attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions and touch upon their experiences in managing direction changes within their careers. A networking session will then follow the panel discussion.
