Insolvency Complaints Gateway to accept complaints about Northern Ireland insolvencies from 1 May 2018

From 1 May 2018, the Insolvency Complaints Gateway will start accepting complaints about Northern Ireland insolvencies. This is a helpful change as all insolvency complaints, UK-wide, will be made in the same way. If your complaints policy refers to complaints about Northern Ireland insolvency cases being made to ICAEW as your RPB, from 1 May you'll need to change this to direct complainants to the Gateway.

The levy insolvency practitioners pay to fund the operation of the Gateway will not be increasing as a result of the Gateway beginning to accept Northern Ireland complaints.
