For those of you who might not yet have seen it, the Insolvency Service published Dear IP Issue 81 on 31 July 2018.
It includes guidance issued by Companies House on steps an IP should take to ensure a company is not struck off before filing the relevant insolvency notices when the company has received notice of strick off action.
Filing the insolvency notices is no guarantee that the strike off action will not take affect first. Companies House sugggest that the IP may wish to consider making their own objection to the dissolution in order to prevent the company being stuck off before notices are registered.
