The ICAEW Blogs & Forums will no longer be updated with new posts. Your community announcements and articles will now be hosted on icaew.com under their respective community areas. This site and its contents will be closed and made available in an archive at the end of October.
ICAEW and the IPA have been in conversation with the Insolvency Service and are looking at introducing various measures to ease the burden and support Insolvency Practitioners (IPs) during the current situation we are faced with.
While some measures are still being explored, the ones below have already been agreed and introduced by both RPBs. These are mainly high-level measures or where there have already been queries raised by IPs. We are in contact with the Insolvency Service and R3 to agree positions in relation to other areas and we will continue to update you as we reach agreement on these.

We will be in touch as soon as more measures have been agreed with the Insolvency Service and introduced. All measures will also be posted here on ICAEW's Talk Insolvency platform, and the IPA’s website on this link, both of which will be updated regularly. As always, if you have any queries or need our support, please email me at Allison.firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you Allison. The guidance on statutory declarations is very welcome and I hope it will be endorsed by the Law Society very quickly.I have developed - and used - the 'Lyndhurst Protocol' for remote swears. I don't think I can upload it here, but it's freely available on my LinkedIn page: www.linkedin.com/.../
