Register for ICAEW’s Certificate in Insolvency before lectures start on 5 April 2019

Two years after the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 became effective, QAD continues to see various issues during monitoring visits and is hearing from IPs about practical issues they are encountering.

IPs have access to various CPD sources but arguably, none can replace the knowledge that is acquired by staff who study for a formal insolvency qualification. It can be the quickest and most cost effective way to gain or consolidate the required technical knowledge to administer cases in accordance with rule and regulatory requirements. It can also save huge amounts of time and money where it helps IPs to avoid pitfalls that can otherwise result in regulatory discipline.

The 2019 online classes will start on 5 April 2019 and finish on 26 July 2019.  You can access more details including how to register here or by contacting alison.morgan@icaew.com

You can find all the dates and prices to study with BPP here. Candidates who are not ICAEW students or members must also register with ICAEW and can do so here at a cost of £140 plus VAT. Assessments cost £300 plus VAT. Students get complimentary membership of ICAEW’s Restructuring and Insolvency Community.
