Has anyone been able to get hold of the RPS since they changed their online platform? I have been trying for weeks with no success. Either the phone line rings out or I am left on hold (currently 25 mins and counting!). Any ideas of how to contact them to get a response would be gratefully received - I have a number of employees where no payment has been made the RPS appear to have lost the claims.
Eventually got through after a 45 minute wait - the transition to the new platform doesn't appear to have gone very smoothly!
