My staff are having great difficulty in obtaining meaningful information and responses from NEST, the pension provider, in moving forward claims for onward submission to the RPS. We have found that they cannot provide correct information on the RP15 and we have never received the outstanding contribution schedules they repeatedly refer to, but never attach. As for getting them to complete am RP15a with the data, I have given up. I have also established that they have farmed out this work to India and whilst all the staff are highly polite, after several hours of conversations to obtain data, I am no further forward. RP15/15a's are pretty straight forward, all other pension providers do them, however after some 2 years of trying with NEST unsuccessfully, I seek out your experiences, direction and comments to achieve success.
