The new dynamic arrays feature and removing duplicates

Having covered a few ways of highlighting and eliminating duplicate values in a table or list in the previous article: Excel – dealing with duplicates, a new 'dynamic arrays' update is now starting to become available to Office 365 subscribers, depending on the update track that they have chosen. This is a significant change to the way that Excel deals with references to ranges of cells and has the potential to automate and simplify several different types of Excel process. Over at the Excel Community, a recent post shows how to apply this new capability to the issue of duplicates, while an earlier article provides a comprehensive guide to all aspects of the use of dynamic arrays.(Note that both of these articles are only available to Excel Community or IT Faculty members).
