The government has finally published the regulations for Gender Pay Gap Reporting but research conducted by XpertHR found that most employers had no idea of what they should be doing and more importantly who would be responsible for overseeing the process. Although many would expect it to be the responsibility of the HR Director, the research shows that nearly 10% expect the finance director to take the lead. So do you know what you have to do and who will do it? Would you like some help and if so in what form? Is Gender Pay Gap reporting just one more burden for accountants and companies? Do you think you have a gender pay gap and if so do you know why or what you will do to reduce it? Please let us know what you think by replying to this post.
