Gender Pay Gap Reporting - is this a matter for accountants?

The government has finally published the regulations for Gender Pay Gap Reporting but research conducted by XpertHR found that most employers had no idea of what they should be doing and more importantly who would be responsible for overseeing the process. Although many would expect it to be the responsibility of the HR Director, the research shows that nearly 10% expect the finance director to take the lead.  So do you know what you have to do and who will do it?
