A number of the employment law reforms outlined in proposed in government’s “Good Work Plan” of December 2018 have been introduced. In particular, the requirements for employers to provide itemised payslips to all workers, not just employees, took effect on 6 April 2019. Some of the other changes take effect on 6 April 2020, including reforms extending the rights of agency workers.
