15 November, Chartered Accountants Hall, 18:00
This year’s Tax Faculty Hardman Lecture, which will be delivered by Jill Rutter of the Institute for Government (IFG), is entitled "Brexit – what now for businesses?"
The UK’s withdrawal from the EU on 29 March 2019 is the most momentous change of our time which is likely to result in a once in a generation change to the UK’s trading arrangements and policies.
Jill is directing the IFG’s work on Brexit and is one of the most experienced commentators on Brexit related matters outside of the Government. With uncertainty in abundance, Jill will present an objective view of what the UK’s future trading relationships might look like and how businesses will need to adapt to changes to the UK’s trading, customs and tax arrangements.
After the lecture, which includes a Q & A session, there is a buffet supper with networking.
We have reserved some spaces for members. If you would like to come along, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
