How long is it taking for HMRC to reply to post in 2015?

What is your experience of HMRC’s post response times in 2015?

Does the turnaround time vary depending on the type of tax, letter or form? How satisfied are you with the quality and accuracy of the response you received?

  • what type of tax it was about (SA, PAYE, CT, CIS,VAT etc)
  • the HMRC address you used
  • how long it took HMRC to reply
  • whether HMRC’s reply resolved your issue satisfactorily.

We are interested to hear about post delays, but also any positive feedback about HMRCs post response times in 2015.

  • The date of my letter was 28.12.2014 and it was related to Tax credit renewal forms. It was sent by me at below mentioned address :

    and they replied me within one week. All my queries were fully answered and it cleared all my doubts on the subject.
