I have recently found that when using our HMRC Online account for agents, we can no longer see payments and allocations for PAYE.
We have been using this feature frequently to check outstanding balances and investigate payment misallocations on behalf of our clients. Calling HMRC to do this will take much longer and on the odd occasion we have called HMRC for this in the past, we have found them far from willing to help. It is very frustrating and will cost us a lot of time.
Have others found that this feature has been removed, and ways to mitigate?
