How is the claiming of Ers NIC costs under the JRS affected by a client being eligible for the Employment Allowance and so not having to pay their first £4k of Ers NIC. Should the claim for Ers NIC be left out until EA is used up? Or should the full cost of related Ers NIC be included, ignoring any EA that might be available?
